My story
Three years, told straight.
No overnight story, no screenshots of somebody else's wins. Just what I got wrong, what I worked out, and the year it finally paid.

Year one
Losing quietly
I started in a bedroom with a few hundred dollars and a group chat of maybe thirty people. I launched my own coins because nobody was going to hand me a shortcut, and most of them went silent inside an hour. I didn't have the money to absorb that, so instead I studied it.
I saved every chart. I wrote down when the first sell hit, who left first, what the group said in the ten minutes before it died. It was a slow, unglamorous year and it taught me the only lesson that mattered: a coin doesn't fail because of the code, it fails because nobody was ever really watching.

Year two
Learning what actually moves
The second year I stopped guessing and started paying attention to attention. Which communities carry a coin past the first candle. Which callers actually convert and which ones just post. How the first ten minutes of a launch quietly decide the next ten days.
I began helping other founders instead of only launching my own, usually for free, because I needed to know whether the pattern held with someone else's idea and someone else's audience. It held. That was the moment this stopped being a hobby and became something I could hand to a stranger with a straight face.

Year three
The first $500K
Word travelled the way it does in crypto: quietly, through people who made money. Over 120 founders came to me with an idea, and I built and launched with every one of them under a single condition — nobody paid me until they'd made money first.
That year closed at $500,000, somewhere between $30K and $40K a month. It wasn't one lucky coin. It was the same process, run again and again, with two years of failures behind it doing most of the work.

Now
Same terms as day one
I still take the risk on the front end, because I know what it feels like to have nothing spare to lose. We talk on Zoom, I tell you honestly whether your concept can carry a launch, I build it and promote it, and we settle after you profit.
The travelling is nice. It isn't the point. The point is that I spent three years finding out what happens when nobody knows what they're doing, so you don't have to spend yours the same way.
That's my side of it.
Tell me yours on a call. Thirty minutes, no cost, and an honest read on your concept.
